Bonded Ultra Dee polyester thread has set an industry standard because of its high strength and controlled stretch, its stability in sunlight and its resistance to needle heat, abrasion, salt-water and mildew. It will very seldom fray at the needle eye, and its bonded finish is so consistent that machine tension does not have to be continually adjusted.
V-69, the middle weight, is used with a No. 16 or 18 needle and fabric up to 6 ounces and with 9.5 acrylic cover fabrics like Sunbrella. 5,600 yds per spool. |
